So my really good friend BA, who I used to sling Viagra with when we worked for Pfizer, lives in Ft. Lauderdale now. She is and has been my inspiration for almost all of my new found eating habits and more natural living life style. She is the ultimate "natural" mama.
She has three sons, home schools them, grows and juices her own wheat grass, buys her almonds from an almond farm in California and makes her own almond milk, makes her own soap and this is just the very, very tip of the iceberg of all of the things she does. She is also overall just a really cool chick, not to mention a great mom, wife and friend.
Anyhow - she just started her own blog and it is outstanding. There is so much great information I found myself in a panic because I couldn't read fast enough! Check it out - you will not be disappointed!
