Welcome to my food (and other random things) blog! This blog is a way for me to share recipes and let people know it is easy to eat right and be fit AND feel good about yourself. Most of the recipes on here are NOT my own and I will certainly give credit when it is due. Am I a professional chef, no, am I a great cook, no, am I a decent cook, maybe. I know one thing - I am passionate about eating right, specifically "clean" eating. I am a 30 something mother of two wonderful, wild and beautiful daughters, almost 3 and almost 5. I am a former corporate girl turned stay-at-home-mom who is trying to raise a happy and healthy family. My husband and our girls live in Pittsburgh, PA and are avid Steeler and Penguin fans! We both were born here and have lived here most of our lives. In addition to eating healthy, I am also passionate about keeping fit and active. Both my husband and I played college athletics and still incorporate fitness into our everyday lives. There is nothing better than eating right, being fit and feeling good about yourself. I try to teach my girls about eating right and being active too! Although they are just lil babes now, we are always doing something active together. I hope that I can provide you with some great clean, healthy, oh and quite tasty, recipes for your entire family. And maybe make you laugh along the way.
