Hello Clean Eating Editors!
I have been getting CEM for about a year now.  I love it, it's amazing, it's always inspiring and it always has fantastic and flavorful recipes!
The February 2011 has been my favorite so far!  When it came in the mail, I was ooo-ing and aww-ing through every page.  My husband thought I was crazy!  Each page and recipe was better than the next!
I recently made the "Spiced Pork Tenderloin" (page 43).  I don't know where to start!  It was so easy to make and it was so quick too!  Being the mother of two little girls under the age of 4, time is essential.  The recipe was just as it was stated - only took about 30 minutes total!  The prep time was so easy and quick (about 10 minutes)!
The combination of the cayenne pepper on the pork and the fresh grated ginger and lemon zest was truly a dance of flavors in our mouths!  Truly!  The only thing I changed was instead of using Stevia, I used Agave Nectar.  IT WAS FANTASTIC!  I will be making again for sure!
